Background:
BAZ-2016 (IL and A-IL to IL), which involved a 2.98 acre parcel, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on January 2, 2019, subject to fire protection being approved by the Fire Marshall and Community Development Departments prior to any building permit being issued. The site plan for Builders Unlimited was approved by the Fire Marshal on September 16, 2019, and by the Community Development Department on September 17, 2019. The property is generally located one-quarter mile north of New Orleans Street, one-quarter mile west of Evans Road.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3624 and approve the Emergency Clause.
