Background:

BAZ-2016 (IL and A-IL to IL), which involved a 2.98 acre parcel, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on January 2, 2019, subject to fire protection being approved by the Fire Marshall and Community Development Departments prior to any building permit being issued.  The site plan for Builders Unlimited was approved by the Fire Marshal on September 16, 2019, and by the Community Development Department on September 17, 2019.  The property is generally located one-quarter mile north of New Orleans Street, one-quarter mile west of Evans Road.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3624 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: IL (Industrial Light) and A-IL (Annexed Industrial Light) to IL (Industrial Light)

 

Acreage: 2.98 acres

 

Legal description

 

The south 330 feet of east 660 feet of NW/4 of SE/4 LESS south 220 feet of west 400 feet of east 660 feet thereof of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.
