Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from AVB Bank, the owner. The parcel is for the future public parking of the Creative Arts Center consisting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. All in Block 55, Original Town of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma; generally located at the northwest corner of Ash Avenue and Dallas Street in the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
