Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-1975 (A-1 to IL) and PUD-259 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 4, 2017, subject to the property being platted.  The property has been platted as Timber Ridge Business Park.  The plat for Timber Ridge Business Park, which contains 72.02 acres, was recorded in Wagoner County on May 17, 2019.  The property associated with Timber Ridge Business Park is generally located one-half mile west of Evans Road (225th E. Avenue), south of Kenosha Street (71st Street), Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3616 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to IL (Industrial Light), along with PUD-259.

 

Acreage: 72.02 acres

 

Legal description

 

All of Timber Ridge Business Park, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, being a part of the W/2 of Section 8, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, of the Indian Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, document number 2019-5980.
