Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-1930 (A-1 to RS-3 and CN) and PUD-234, which involved an 80.94 acre parcel, were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 7, 2015, subject to the property being platted.  Part of the property has been platted as Tucson Village.  The plat for Tucson Village, which contains 36.66 acres, was recorded in Tulsa County on March 21, 2018.  The property associated with Tucson Village is generally located near the southwest corner of 23rd Street (County Line Road) and Tucson Street (121st Street), Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3613 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential), along with PUD-234

 

Acreage: 36.66 acres

 

Legal description

 

All of Tucson Village, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma being a part of the NE/4 of Section one (01), Township 17 North, Range 14 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, document number 6786.
