Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1930 (A-1 to RS-3 and CN) and PUD-234, which involved an 80.94 acre parcel, were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 7, 2015, subject to the property being platted. Part of the property has been platted as Tucson Village. The plat for Tucson Village, which contains 36.66 acres, was recorded in Tulsa County on March 21, 2018. The property associated with Tucson Village is generally located near the southwest corner of 23rd Street (County Line Road) and Tucson Street (121st Street), Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3613 and approve the Emergency Clause.
