Approval of and authorization to execute Professional Services Agreement for Sanitary Sewer Inspection Data Solutions with Meshek & Associates, LLC
End
Background:
BAMA works with Meshek & Associates, LLC for yearly updates to our water and sewer GIS system. The utilities department has negotiated an additional agreement with Meshek to do manhole field photo collection process setup and training as well as Inspection data updates and QA/QC. The manhole photo collection process and training will consist of building GIS interface, and training City of Broken Arrow staff to perform field data collection of sanitary sewer manholes using ArcGIS Collector App with photo and attribute attachments. The Inspection data updates & QA/QC consists of updating and maintaining the sanitary sewer data web map to display inspection data, manholes with photo attachments, and inspection reports. The total cost of these two phases is $19,040.00.
