Background:
The Utilities Department has budgeted for the purchase of one 10 inch trailer mounted trash pump. Funds for the purchase are available in the Departmental Capital Outlay for FY 2020 Account No. 020-5415-435.70-04 Project No. 205437.
Bid packages were sent to twelve (12) vendors and we received three (3) bid proposals. Only one (1) bid proposal met specifications. Staff has reviewed the bids and recommends award to Barco Pump Company at $84,457.00 as the most advantageous bid.
Cost: $84,457.00
