Background:

Mark and Erica Fletcher are dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for BAL-2063CB (Lot Consolidation) and BAL-2064 (Lot Split). BAL-2063CB and BAL-2064 were conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on November 7, 2019 subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated and the warranty deed for each parcel being brought to the Plan Development Division to be stamped prior to recording in Tulsa County.

 

The 35.25-feet of right-of-way being dedicated is shown on the attached exhibit and is located along the 23rd Street (193rd East Avenue) frontage of the lot.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
