Background:
Ruts N Guts, LLC will be hosting the annual Ruts N Guts event on November 29, 30 and December 1, 2019 at the BA Events Complex. This will be the sixth year this event has been hosted at the BA Events Complex.
Highlights of Promotional License:
• Ruts N Guts is obligated to provide a minimum one million dollar liability insurance policy.
• It is Ruts N Guts responsibility to cancel the event due to pending or forecasted inclement weather and to notify all parties.
• Ruts N Guts shall be responsible for general clean-up of the utilized event area and remove all items brought onto City property.
• All beer, wine or alcohol sales shall meet the requirements of state and local law. Ruts N Guts shall ensure that there is sufficient security where beer, wine or alcohol is being sold.
• Ruts N Guts is responsible to provide adequate restroom (port-a-potty) facilities to guests.
• Ruts N Guts shall ensure all vendors, including food and beverage have proper permits to do business in the City of Broken Arrow.
