Planned Unit Development (PUD)-30D involves the Johanna Woods Mobile Home Park located one-quarter mile east of 23rd Street (County Line Road), south of Omaha Street (51st Street).  This PUD was continued from the October 10, 2019 meeting to allow the owner more time to work with Staff on issues pertaining to the development. Applicant is requesting that this item be continued to the November 7, 2019 Planning Commission meeting for the same reasons.
