Background:

Jim Helm is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for BAL-2059 (Lot Split). BAL-2059 was approved by the Planning Commission on September 26, 2019, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated and the warranty deed for each parcel being brought to the Plan Development Division to be stamped prior to recording in Wagoner County.

 

The 17.5-foot utility easement is shown on the attached exhibits and is located along the west side of the 225th East Avenue (Evans Road) frontage of the lot.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
