Background:
Jim Helm is dedicating right-of-way for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for BAL-2059 (Lot Split). BAL-2059 was approved by the Planning Commission on September 26, 2019, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated and the warranty deed for each parcel being brought to the Plan Development Division to be stamped prior to recording in Wagoner County.
The ultimate 50-foot right-of-way is shown on the attached exhibit and is located along the Albany Street (61st Street) frontage of the lot.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
