Consideration and possible approval of 2020 Planning Commission meeting schedule

Background:
For the past several years, Planning Commission meetings have been scheduled for the second and fourth Thursday of each month with the exception of November and December, which are held on the first and third Thursday. These meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at Broken Arrow City Hall at 5:00 p.m.
The 2020 calendar was approved by the Planning Commission on September 26, 2019. Since that time, Staff became aware that although the months and dates were correct, the years listed on the schedule were still 2019. This schedule is updated to 2020.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve the 2020 meeting schedule of the second and fourth Thursday of each month with the exception of November and December, which are to be held on the first and third Thursday. These meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at Broken Arrow City Hall at 5:00 p.m.
