Background:

K&S Commercial, LLC is dedicating an offsite sidewalk easement for purposes of developing the 121 Elm subdivision. The sidewalk easement, shown Exhibit A.1 and A.2, is located near the northwest corner of the proposed 121 Elm commercial development.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the sidewalk easement dedication.
