Background:
The attached First Amendment allows Broken Arrow Soccer Club (BASC) to use the Soccer Fields at Indian Springs Sports Complex past the end of the Agreement term, August 31, 2019. This First Amendment will be on a month-to-month basis under the same terms as the original Agreement. The original Agreement was executed on the 17th day of November 2014. Either party is able to end the Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
