Approval of and authorization to execute a Budget Amendment No. 4 for Fiscal Year 2020

Background:
The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures incurred that exceed the original budget or when circumstances warrant such action.
The Convention and Visitors’ Bureau (CVB) is current out of grant funding for Fiscal Year 2020. There are several pending grant requests for the CVB to review and possibly approve for upcoming meetings, conferences and events. Additional funds are needed to complete any additional grant requests for the CVB.
Cost: $40,000.00
