Background:
The City Manager’s Office has requested an evaluation of current City Council Chamber’s ADA compliance and overall functionality. KKT Architects has been chosen to perform this evaluation and propose potential ways to meet ADA compliance as well as modernize the Council Chambers.
The initial contract provided 3 alternative designs, this amendment is for one additional alternative and for construction documents for whichever alternative is chosen.
Cost: $19,000.00
