Background:
The Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority (RMUA) selected Tetra Tech, Inc. to perform design services for improvements to the Haikey Creek Lift Station. This Amendment includes design services to address force main erosion repair and protection at two creek crossing locations as well as pump capacity testing at Haikey Creek Lift Station. The original Agreement was for $100,000.00, Amendment 1 for $84,900.00, Amendment 2 for $120,000.00, Amendment 3 for $222,600.00, Amendment 4 for $123,000.00, Amendment 5 for $799,900.00, and Amendment 6 for $34,800.00 for a total contract amount of $1,485,200.00 of which BAMA is responsible for 50 percent.
Cost: $17,400.00
