Background:
Retirement benefits are provided to non-union employees through the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OkMRF) program. As a member of the program, the City is eligible to cast one vote for the Trustee office of the OkMRF Board to fill the expiring term for At-Large Trustee. Staff recommends the Council vote for Robert Johnston to be selected as the At-Large Trustee.
