Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of the appointment of Jaylee Klempa to the City of Broken Arrow Planning Commission for the remainder of Pablo Aguirre three-year term to expire May 1, 2021

Background:
Planning Commission members are appointment to serve three-year terms. Former Planning Commission member Pablo Aguirre resigned his position on May 23, 2019 although his them is set to expire on May 1, 2021. Mayor Craig Thurmond has recommended the appointment of Jaylee Klempa to serve the remainder of Mr. Aguirre’s term. Ms. Klempa has expressed her willingness serve the remainder of this term on the Planning Commission to expire May 1, 2021.
Ms. Klempa holds a degree in construction science from Texas A&M University and is currently a program manager at PMg, LLC. She has experience in a variety of projects, including several in Broken Arrow and the surround areas.
