Background:

On April 9, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-2009 to change the zoning on 1.01 acres generally located north of Kenosha Street (71st Street), west of the Creek Turnpike from CG to CH along with PUD-175D.  The requirement to replat the property was waived.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3596 and approve the Emergency Clause

 

Zoning Change: CG (Commercial General) to CH (Commercial Heavy), along with PUD-175D

 

Acreage: 1.01 acres

 

Legal description

 

Lot 2, Block 3, NORTHEAST CROSSROADS, A subdivision of part of the W1/2 of SW1/4 of Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.
