Background:

On August 13, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-2006 to change the zoning on 0.23 acres generally located one-eighth mile south of Houston Street (81st Street), east of Main Street from R-3 to DM.  The City Council approved waiver of platting.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3595 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: R-3 (Single-Family Residential) to DM (Downtown Mixed-Use Core)

 

Acreage: 0.23 acres

 

Legal description

 

Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), FEARS ADDITION, an Addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
