Background:

On July 17, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-2003 to change the zoning on 1.20 acres generally located one-quarter mile west of Ninth Street (Lynn Lane/177th E. Avenue), one-quarter mile north of Kenosha Street (71st Street) from R-1 to RS-1.  City Council approved waiver of platting.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3593 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to RS-1 (Single-Family Residential)
