Background:

On March 6, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1996 to change the zoning on 0.40 acres located at 7755 Old Highway 51 from A-1 to IL along with PUD-274.  BAZ-1994 and PUD-271 were approved subject to the property being replatted.  The property has been replatted as Doc’s Container Storage.  The plat for Doc’s Container Storage, which contains 0.40 acres, was recorded in Wagoner County on June 22, 2018.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3590 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to IL (Industrial Light), along with PUD-274

Legal description

 

All of Doc’s Container Storage, PUD-274, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fifteen (15) East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, a replat of part of Lot 1, Block 1, Couch Addition, Wagoner County, Oklahoma, document number 2018-7674.
