Background:
This year marks the 40th Anniversary of ScotFest in Oklahoma and the 2nd annual event to be held in Broken Arrow. This year's event will take place September 13, 14 and 15th, 2019 at the Broken Arrow Events Park.
Last year, an estimated 28,000 attended the event. The event included the World Competition for Women's athletics, Men's US Championship and brought in athletes, musicians, and patrons from across the U.S. and overseas. The event this year will host an internationally sanctioned athletic competition including women's world championships which will attract the top 10 female athletes in the world. Negotiations currently taking place with ESPN in connection with The Arnold's Sports Festival and Expo promoting fitness through competition and education.

Bands scheduled for this year include Celtica (Austria/Scotland), Wicked Tinkers (California), Seven Nations (Florida, 25th year anniversary tour), Flatfoot 56 (Chicago) and introducing new to the US - Banda Taverna (Brazil).
Attendance is expected to exceed last year and as of the end of July, the organizers have been working towards adding additional hotels to the list of availabilities for out of town guests including Stoney Creek and Hilton to be added to the list of locations.
