Background:
Tax increment (TIF) Districts are authorized pursuant to Title 62, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 850 et. Seq. Mr. Nathan D. Ellis, attorney with Public Finance Group, has prepared the attached power point presentation for the proposed TIF District for the Creek 51 Business Park located at the interchange of Creek Turnpike and Highway 51. Mr. Ellis will make a short presentation on this matter followed by an opportunity for questions, answers, and public comment.
