Background:
This Agreement is between Joseph W. Kowalski, P.E. and the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Mr. Kowalski will provide services for the City as an independent professional consultant regarding Tiger Hill retaining wall design and construction defect dispute with Contech, Ind., O.J.C., Co., and Heartstone. Mr. Kowalski will provide engineering consulting services to the City.
Cost: Not to exceed $25,000.00
