Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easement and Drainage Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from B-Z Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 12a consists of 20,950 square feet (SF) of Temporary Construction Easement, Parcel 12b consisting of 9,125 SF of Drainage Easement for 37th Street Improvements, Albany to Houston, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. B-Z Properties, LLC has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement, Parcel 12A: 20,950 square feet.
Drainage Easement, Parcel 12B: 9,125 square feet.
The above easements are being conveyed in exchange for a 30’ driveway entrance with appurtenances. A copy of the Special Conditions is attached, as is the Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easement.
Cost: $14,378.50
