Background:

Robert Yandian, President of HomeChurch, Inc., is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for PUD-17B (Planned Unit Development). PUD-17B was approved by the City Council on January 2, 2019, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated along Elm Place and New Orleans Street in accordance with the Broken Arrow Subdivision Regulations and Engineering Design Criteria Manual.

 

The 0.091-acre dedication is on the north side of New Orleans Street as shown as Tract 1 in Exhibit B-3 and described in Exhibit B-1. This dedication of a 17.5-foot utility easement is in accordance with the conditions of PUD-17B.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
