Background:

Robert Yandian, President of HomeChurch, Inc., is dedicating right-of-way for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for PUD-17B (Planned Unit Development). PUD-17B was approved by the City Council on January 2, 2019, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated along Elm Place and New Orleans Street in accordance with the Broken Arrow Subdivision Regulations and Engineering Design Criteria Manual.

The 0.021-acre dedication is on the north side of New Orleans Street as shown as Tract 1 in Exhibit A-3 and described in Exhibit A-1. This dedication brings the total right-of-way to 65 feet within 350-feet of the intersection of Elm Place and New Orleans Street and tapering to 60-feet for the remainder of the street frontage of New Orleans Street, which is in accordance with the conditions of PUD-17B.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
