Background:
Richard Saint of RBS Enterprises, LLC is dedicating a utility easement on the south side of Tract C of Lot 1, Block 2 of Stone Ridge Town Center. This easement is to facilitate the development of the tract as a medical office.
The 13-foot utility easement is shown on the attached exhibit and is located along the West Mission Street frontage of the lot.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
