Background:
Clint Emerson of Concord Land Holdings, LLC is dedicating a utility easement on the south side of Tract B of Lot 1, Block 2 of Stone Ridge Town Center. This easement is to facilitate the development of Tract C to the west and future development on this lot.
The 25-foot utility easement is shown on the attached exhibit and is located along the West Mission Street frontage of the lot.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
