Background:

S. Doug Dodd with the law firm of Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, and L.L.P. is a well-respected attorney with vast legal knowledge and experience in general litigation and open meetings issues.  

The attached Professional Services Agreement memorializes retention of the firm, costs and the hourly rates to be charged.  The firm charges $330.00 per hour for work completed by partners, up to $210.00 per hour for associates, and $140.00 per hour for paralegals.  Routine costs such as copying and postage are addressed in the Agreement.  Costs and fees for this matter are capped at $25,000.00 and it will expire on June 30, 2020, if the case is not finalized by that time.
