Background:

On June 17, 2019, the City Council accepted the dedication of a utility easement from Cathleen Doyle for the purpose of fulfilling conditions of approval for BAL-2053 (Lot Split) and BAL-2054CB (Lot Consolidation). The utility easement was recorded in Tulsa County on June 20, 2019. After recording the easement, it was determined that the legal description given was for the entire property when it should have been for the north and west 17.50 feet of the property along E. 96th Street and S. 20th Street. A Corrected Utility Easement was prepared and recorded in Tulsa County on July 2, 2019. On June 27, 2019, the Planning Commission approved the Lot Split and Lot Consolidation.

Staff has reviewed the document and recommends ratification of the corrected utility easement dedication.
