Background:

Creek 51 Business Park, LLC is dedicating a detention easement as an off-site easement for the proposed Creek 51 Business Park Development. The preliminary plat for Creek 51 Business Park was approved by the Planning Commission on May 9, 2019.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility/drainage easement dedication.
