Background:
The City of Broken Arrow has worked with the Homebuilders Association of Greater Tulsa (HBA) and the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors (GTAR), local Developers and Builders for the last 10 years to promote the two (2) week period of Parade of Homes.
The 2019 Parade of Homes runs from June 15, 2019 through June 23, 2019. The Developers, Builders and Realtors request each year to allow Direction Signs be placed along the Parade routes in public rights-of-way to help citizens find way to the parade homes and wonderful developments in our City. Many others will not place directional signage, but will have signage at their main development entrances. City staff will work with the developers per request to insure that they are not located in the site triangles nor obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic flow.
