Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from the Snead Family 2010, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Snead Family 2010, LLC has accepted the offer of $44,060.00, subject to City Council approval.
Permanent Easement: 44,923.16 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.50 SF x 75% = $33,692.37
Temporary Construction Easement: Rental Period until 12/31/2020
51,842.20 SF @ $ 1.00 SF x 20% = $10,368.44
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $44,060.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 17, 2019 City Council Claims List.
