Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from the SF Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. SF Properties, LLC has accepted the offer of $7,660.00, subject to City Council approval.
Permanent Easement: 5,996.41 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.50 SF x 75% = $6,745.96
Temporary Construction Easement: 15.1 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
3,043.21 SF @ $ 1.50 SF x 20% = $912.96
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $7,660.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 17, 2019 City Council Claims List.

Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the OWRB FY 17 FAP Loan.
