The attached General Warranty Deed is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from BA Vesper, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 1.0 consists of 0.0214 acres of permanent Right-of-Way and Parcel 1.1 consists of 0.0308 acres of Temporary Construction Easement generally located 121 West College Street, Broken Arrow in Lot 5, Block 35, “ORIGINAL TOWN OF BROKEN ARROW” a part of the West Half of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 14 East.
