Background:
The attached Corrected General Warranty Deed is replacing General Warranty Deed Document No. 2018072544, which was accepted by the City on 08/17/2018. The Tulsa County Clerk determined that a 2’ strip of land was contained within this parcel. The missing Parcel was later identified and purchased. This corrected deed amends the legal description to identify all of the real property being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Lisa M. Winham, the owner. Parcel 7 consists of 0.03 acres of permanent Right-of-Way for Washington Street Improvements, Garnett to Olive, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
