Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Roland Investments, Ltd., the owner. Parcel 9.0 consists of 0.0309 acres of permanent Right-of-Way and Parcel 9.1 which consists of 0.0138 acres of Temporary Construction Easement located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 14 East. Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Roland Investments, Ltd. has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 2,681 Square Feet (SF) @ $3.49 SF = $9,357.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 600 SF @ $3.49 SF x .08%= $168.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 9,525.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount was on the June 17, 2019 City Council Claims List.
