Background:
The attached Special Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from The Betty Ann Mockley 1992 Revocable Trust Dated October 20, 1992 and Robert E. Mockley II, the owners. Parcel 2A consists of 42,357 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way for 37th Street Improvements, Albany to Houston, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. The Betty Ann Mockley 1992 Revocable Trust Dated October 20, 1992 and Robert E. Mockley II have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way, Parcel 2A: .97 Acres @ 29,000 per Acre = $28,199.00
Total Just Compensation: $ 28,200.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the Special Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 17, 2019 City Council Claims List.

Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2014.
