Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Robert H. Johnson, LLC, the owners. Parcel 3 consists of 0.012 acres of permanent Right-of-Way located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 14 East. Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Robert H. Johnson, LLC have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 5,302.51 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.09 SF = $5,780.00
Improvements/Damages: Gravel Drive: $340.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 6,120.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 17, 2019 City Council Claims List.
