Background:
The Park on Florence 2nd Detention Facility provides detention for the Park on Florence 2nd and Leisure Park II subdivisions. The detention facility was not properly maintained and therefore, is not working as intended. The facility is overgrown with trees, tall brush, and reeds throughout the entire bottom of the facility. Due to the different areas that flow into this detention facility it was determined to be a regional detention facility and The City of Broken Arrow decided to take ownership of it. In order to get the facility cleaned up and functioning as intended, the Engineering and Construction department negotiated an agreement with Tulsa Engineering and Planning Associates, Inc.
Cost: $39,750.00
