Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from William B. Rogers, the owner. Parcel 11.1 consists of 1.39 acres and Parcel 11.2 consists of .67 acres of Temporary Construction Easements for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. A Conditions for Payment is also attached outlining compensation agreed to for previous damage or injury to property or landowner related to the sewer line. Mr. Rogers has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement: 11.1, and 11.2 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
90,239.03 SF @ $ 0.15 SF x 20% = $2,693.08
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $2,700.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Temporary Construction Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 17, 2019 City Council Claims List.
