Background:

Cathleen Doyle is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for BAL-2053 (Lot Split) and BAL-2054CB (Lot Consolidation) that is scheduled for review by the Planning Commission on June 27, 2019. The utility easement is shown on the attached exhibit and is located along the E. 96th Street and S. 20th Street frontages of the lot.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
