Background:
BA Corner, LLC is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of connecting a sanitary sewer line across property that abuts the proposed Attic Storage Development to the east. The utility easement is shown as Exhibit A and located north of Tucson Street and approximately one-quarter mile east of Aspen Avenue.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
