Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Mary Katherine Perry Trust, the owner. Parcel 2 consists of 0.1210 acres of permanent Right-of-Way located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 17 North, Range 14 East. Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mary Katherine Perry Trust have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 5,271 Square Feet (SF) @ $.85 SF = $4,480.00
Damages/Improvements: Mailbox, Tree x4, Gate, Fencing, Asphalt Drive: $3,751.00
Water Tap 3/4 inch: ($700.00)
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 8,250.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 3, 2019 City Council Claims List.
