Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from SYW 2007 Trust, the owners. Parcel 3 consists of 0.1914 acres of permanent Right-of-Way located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 17 North, Range 14 East. Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. SYW 2007 Trust have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way:  8,335 Square Feet (SF) @ $.75 SF = $6,251.25

Damages/Improvements: Landscaping: $7,200.00

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 13,500.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 3, 2019 City Council Claims List.
