Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Darrel and Lizette Wenzel, the owners. Parcel 10 consists of 0.11 acres of permanent Right-of-Way located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 14 East. Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The Wenzel’s have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 4,999.50 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.15 SF = $5,749.00
Damages/Improvements: Gravel Drive, Fencing, Mailbox, Tree Replacement: $7,070.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 12,850.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the June 3, 2019 City Council Claims List.
