Background:
CDBG funds ($348,515.00) were utilized by the City to construct renovations to 4th Street from Detroit to Midway (ST1804). Construction of the project is complete, final payments have been made and the project has been closed out by the City’s Engineering and Construction Department. In order for INCOG to complete the project close out, the City must provide approval and authorization of final acceptance of the project.
